The Ontario Community Newspapers Association is a non-profit industry association that has been around for over seventy years. They are comprised of more than 200 member newspapers located throughout Ontario.

Their mission involves both government advocacy on behalf of community newspapers, as well as supporting their members through community uplifting via the tools, support, and information that can help newspapers thrive. Their grassroots, member oriented method of support is both laudable and praiseworthy. Their members circulate a combined 3.5million plus newspapers weekly, covering an array of interest areas and specialties.

We are grateful to the OCNA for their work promoting good journalism, and for their support of OLIP.
