The Canadian Bankers Association is one of Canada’s oldest business associations, founded in 1891 in Montreal, QC. Today, the CBA serves the over 60 domestic and foreign banks that operate within Canada and advocates for effective legislation and regulation to protect the thriving banking system that Canadians rely on.
The association also promotes financial literacy, and brings the major Canadian banks together, when appropriate, to advocate as a united front in favour of beneficial policies.
