Partner Blog: Police Association of Ontario

The Police Association of Ontario is the official provincial representative body for over 28,000 police personal from 45 police associations across Ontario. Founded in 1933, the Police Association of Ontario is a unifying voice for advocacy in policing and a support resource for its member associations.

Through lobbying and representation with government principals, the PAO has made significant advances on a number of critical pieces of legislation that impact its members and the people of Ontario. The Police Association of Ontario is widely considered an effective union and does strong work on behalf of its members.

We’re grateful to the Police Association of Ontario for the work our police officers do in our communities and the Association’s support of our programme.
